本アプリは、利用者の個人情報を一切収集・送信しません。トレーニングの記録（各種目の実績回数・目標・連続日数・履歴など）や、声・ペースなどの設定は、すべて利用者の端末内にのみ保存されます。開発者やサードパーティがこれらのデータにアクセスすることはありません。
すべてのデータは端末内（アプリのローカルストレージ）に保存されます。サーバーへの送信・クラウドへの保存は行いません。アプリを削除すると、保存されたデータもすべて消去されます。
本アプリは、利用者の情報を第三者に提供・販売・共有することはありません。また、広告の配信、アクセス解析、行動トラッキングのいずれも行いません。ネットワーク通信を利用しません。
本アプリは、号令（音声カウント）機能のために端末の音声読み上げ（テキスト読み上げ）を利用しますが、マイク・カメラ・位置情報・連絡先などの個人情報にアクセスすることはありません。
本アプリは個人情報を収集しないため、すべての年齢の方に安全にご利用いただけます。
本アプリは記録・習慣化を支援するツールであり、医療・健康上の助言を提供するものではありません。運動は無理のない範囲で行い、体調に不安がある場合は医師にご相談ください。

This app does not collect or transmit any personal information. All training records (rep counts, goals, streaks, history) and settings (voice, pace) are stored solely on your device. Neither the developer nor any third party can access this data.
All data is stored locally on your device (in the app's local storage). No data is sent to any server or stored in the cloud. Deleting the app removes all stored data.
This app does not provide, sell, or share your information with any third party. It performs no advertising, no analytics, and no behavioral tracking. It does not use any network communication.
The app uses on-device text-to-speech for its voice-count feature. It does not access the microphone, camera, location, contacts, or any personal information.
